Invoicing and Billing Commitments
We charge in Australian Dollars (AUD).
The initial invoice covers the remaining workdays of the month in which you begin services, and it must be settled before your candidate’s start date. Subsequently, on the 1st day of each month, you will be invoiced for the forthcoming month, with modifications for the actual hours worked in the previous month. Your payment will be automatically charged on the 5th day of each month. It is essential to ensure that all contractors are compensated promptly, as you would expect.
We accept both Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. Customers based in Australia can also opt for automatic direct debit payments.
You are solely obligated to compensate for the hours worked, as there is no requirement to remunerate for sick days or holidays. Nevertheless, if you wish to provide compensation to personnel for taking time off, you may do so at your discretion. The lost hours will be credited on the next invoice.

During the initial six months of employment, all staff members are under a probationary period, and you may terminate their contract by giving 24 hours’ notice. After the probationary period, you must provide 14 days’ notice to terminate their contract.
