Nathan has also held memberships with prestigious organisations such as the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM), and the Association of Accounting Technicians
Additionally, Nathan holds a Commissioner for Declarations designation and has previously served as a Queensland Council Member of the AICM.

Operations Manager
Andri has been working in the BPO industry since 2010, gaining extensive experience in various roles, including operations, customer service, tech support, sales, collections, and most recently, managing a team within an Australian Credit Management Agency. Andri is dedicated to ensuring that his team provides exceptional service to their clients, always aiming to satisfy their needs and expectations.
Andri believes that teamwork is key to achieving progress and success in the BPO industry. He sets high standards for his team and makes sure they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals. Justine
Senior Recruitment Specialist
Before becoming a valued employee of Outshore, Justine originally pursued a degree in Computer Engineering, with a particular emphasis on System Administration (Sys Ad) and Computer Networking (Network Engineering).
Her employment career commenced via a call centre company, where she realised that her computer knowledge could be successfully integrated with skills in handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, non-voice queries, and product knowledge.
As Justine progressed in her career, she developed a particular passion for working with people. Given her strengths and personality, she realised that HR ad recruiting was the perfect fit.
Her ultimate goal is to specialise in HR and employee training as she finds onboarding to be a particularly satisfying aspect.

CX Coordinator/Analyst
As the CX Coordinator and analyst, Stephen has the important task of working with both internal stakeholders and our clients to develop an enhanced experience with Outshore.
Stephen’s day-to-day involves understanding key objectives and then using his expertise in theory and technology to design and develop engaging experiences for our candidates, clients, and internal staff.
Stephen has the flexibility to work from anywhere and access a wide range of projects which helps him improve his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends within the BPO industry. With a decade of BPO experience under his belt, Jay-R has held a variety of roles including Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Specialist, SOX and ITGC Tester, and Debt Recovery and Credit Management Specialist.
